Where to start

Make the first decision easier.

You may have a list of tools, suggestions from colleagues and a clear sense that AI could help. Choosing a useful first application can still be difficult.

We help you connect those possibilities to the work people already do, so you can decide where to focus.

What you get

Your written recommendation

The advisory scope can include any of these. We agree the deliverables before the review starts.

  • What we reviewed

A summary of the tasks reviewed and where AI could help.

  • Where to focus

Prioritised opportunities, with the reasons for the order.

  • How to approach it

Suggested tools or approaches for the chosen tasks.

  • What to check first

Questions about access, quality and responsibility to resolve before proceeding.

  • A first trial

Guidance on a useful first trial and the skills your team will need.

Your team keeps control of the decisions, with advice from Andrew as you plan the next step.

How the review works

From the boardroom question to the desk, and back.

  1. We agree the teams, processes and decisions to review.

You may be considering tools, responding to staff experiments or trying to turn a leadership ambition into a practical plan. The review starts with that decision and the work it concerns. We agree which teams or processes to examine, who to involve and what you need to understand by the end.

  2. We review the tasks, information and tools involved.

We speak to the people doing the work and look for repeated effort, awkward handovers and information that is difficult to find or use. That context helps identify applications with a clear purpose. It also exposes questions about access, quality and responsibility that need to be resolved before a trial.

Your existing setup matters. Recommendations take account of your available tools and the approvals your organisation requires.

  3. You receive prioritised written recommendations.

Your recommendations set out the applications identified and explain the priorities. The agreed scope can include suggested tools, an outline of a first trial and the checks needed to judge the result. We discuss them with you so you can decide what to pursue. You retain ownership of the decisions and your organisation's approvals.

Next step

Training and guidance on the next steps.

Where training would help, we can turn a recommended task into a practical session: a half-day build session, a full-day workshop or a tailored programme. Your people learn through the work you have chosen to explore.
