Training designed around your team's work.

Everyone arrives with a different starting point. A person preparing proposals needs something different from someone coordinating an event or searching through internal information.

Before the session, Andrew asks each person

What would make the biggest difference to your week?

  • Starting point

    Preparing proposals

"Less time pulling the same details together every time."

Could becomeA proposal tracker and a reusable draft

  • Starting point

    Coordinating an event

"One place for every moving part, so nothing gets missed."

Could becomeAn event planner with tasks and reminders

  • Starting point

    Searching internal information

"Finding the right document the first time."

Could becomeA team knowledge base people can ask

  • Starting point

    Following up after meetings

"No more chasing who agreed to do what."

Could becomeMeeting notes turned into actions and drafts

Four indicative examples. Every team brings its own, and we plan the session around the answers.

Formats

Choose the format that fits.

Andrew comes to you and runs the session. Pick a half day, a full day or a programme, with or without pre-work beforehand.

Half day · about 3.5 hours

Half-day build session

A focused session on one agreed task or tool. Best when people have done the pre-work, so the time goes on building rather than explaining.

  • Short examples, then straight into building
  • One shared task, or a project per person if prepared
  • Leave with a first version and the next step
See the half-day timetable

Full day · 9am to 4pm

Full-day workshop

Time to explore, build and refine. Start with examples, work through a prepared project and finish by testing it and planning what happens next.

  • Examples and approach in the morning
  • A first version before lunch
  • An afternoon to develop, test and refine

Tailored programme

For a wider group. A kick-off gathers tasks and confidence levels, then smaller sessions are grouped around common needs, each with a build plan prepared beforehand.

  • Kick-off for everyone
  • Individual build plans

Before the session

Optional pre-work, so the session starts with building.

Pre-work is optional for a half or full day and built into every programme. It takes people a short time and makes the session itself far more useful.

  1. A week or two before

    Tell us the tasks

A short questionnaire asks each person what repeats in their week, how confident they feel and which tools they can use.

  2. A few days before

    Choose the projects

We pick a project for each person or small group, with a clear input, a useful result and a scope that fits the time.

  3. Before the day

    Prepare a build plan

Each person gets a step-by-step plan for their own task and sets up access to the agreed tools, so nobody spends the session logging in.

Different experience levels need different support.

Some people arrive with ideas they want to test. Others need to see a useful example before they can picture a project of their own. We plan around the participants and agree when separate sessions would give people more useful attention.

“He met every one of them where they were: building confidence in those who were hesitant while genuinely stretching our most technically minded colleagues.”

Noel Neeson · Headmaster, The Blue Coat School, Birmingham

Your team practises checking and improving AI outputs.

People need to recognise a useful result and know when it needs more work. Sessions include checking outputs against familiar examples, refining instructions and identifying limits. We also discuss what needs review before something built in a session is used at work.

We work in your approved tools and follow your data rules.

We agree the tools and examples before the session, and can use non-confidential material throughout. For a firm-specific setup, Andrew first gets familiar with the capabilities your people can access.

Common questions

Before you book.

Can you build the training around our own ideas?

Yes. Recurring tasks, existing projects and questions from staff can form the course brief. We help choose a manageable scope for the available time.

Does everyone need experience with AI?

No. We plan around the group's starting point. Beginners can work on a focused task while more experienced people take on a more demanding build. For a wide range of needs, we can split people into separate sessions.

Half day or full day?

A half day suits one focused task, especially with pre-work done. A full day gives people time to explore, build and test properly. We'll recommend one on the call.

Will we cover every tool listed?

No. We choose the tools that fit your goals and approved environment, so the time stays on the work your team wants to do.

How many people should attend?

We discuss the roles, experience and work involved, then recommend a group size or set of sessions. That is agreed in the proposal.

What preparation is involved?

For a half or full day, pre-work is optional: a short questionnaire, an agreed project and, if you want it, a build plan for each person. A tailored programme always includes it.

What happens afterwards?

We identify next steps during the training. Any follow-through sessions or champions support are agreed as part of your programme.

Discuss a course or programme for your team.

Tell Andrew who you have in mind and the work you want to improve. We'll discuss the preparation, format and scope before providing a proposal.
