Team training · The practical workshop
A one-day AI workshop for your team.
Set aside a day to learn through a project. Andrew combines worked examples with guided building and time to test and refine the result.
Book a CallThe shape of the day
- MorningExamples and a first versionSee what people have built, then start the prepared project.
- AfternoonDevelop, test and refineWork through questions, try familiar examples and save useful instructions.
- CloseReview and next stepsExplain the work and identify what needs checking before workplace use.
Built around your team's tasks, tools and data rules.
Before the workshop: projects, participants and tools.
We discuss the participants, their experience and your approved tools. Together, we choose projects with a clear input, a useful result and a realistic scope for the session.
That could be a proposal tracker, a planning app or a way to organise information. A more involved idea can become a focused first step.
With optional pre-work, each person arrives with an agreed project and a build plan, so the morning goes on building rather than explaining.
Indicative full-day agenda

| 10.45am to 12.30pm | A first version | Work through the prepared project with Andrew's guidance. |
| 12.30pm to 1.15pm | Lunch break | Take a break before continuing the project. |
| 1.15pm to 2.30pm | Develop the project | Work through questions and improve the parts that matter. |
| 2.30pm to 2.45pm | Break | Step back before testing. |
| 2.45pm to 3.40pm | Test and refine | Try familiar examples, check results and save useful instructions. |
| 3.40pm to 4pm | Review and next steps | Explain the work and identify what needs further checking before workplace use. |
We agree the timings, project scope, venue and refreshments with the organiser. The agenda adapts to the group.
Built on a course
See what attendees have built.
Each of these began with a task someone wanted to improve.
- An app for organising a school football tournament
- Proposal trackers and a team knowledge base
- A daily briefing from your calendar, inbox and priorities
- Meeting notes turned into actions and follow-up drafts
- A content workflow that drafts posts in your voice
Practise the skills you can use again.
- Break a task into steps AI can help with
- Give the tool useful context and clear instructions
- Build a first version and improve it through questions
- Test results against examples you understand
- Explain the limits and decide what to do next
The aim is a useful first version and the confidence to keep learning. Each project's next step depends on what is built and your organisation's requirements.
Participant feedback
“It was an absolute pleasure meeting you and I found the days one of the most productive and knowledge gaining days for a long time! Thank you so much.”
