Team training · Tailored programmes

An AI training programme designed around your team's work.

Start with the work

Turn the team's ideas into a training plan.

Different roles see different opportunities. The person chasing updates may want a tracker. The person searching through documents may need a better way to organise information.

We gather those tasks and people's confidence levels before deciding how to group the sessions. That makes the training relevant to the people doing the work.

  1. An opening session to gather tasks and assess confidence.

Andrew shows examples of what people have built on his courses. Staff can then connect those possibilities to their own responsibilities and suggest work they would like help with.

We then ask what repeats, what frustrates people and what they would like help with. We also establish the tools available and the boundaries for the exercises. That information shapes the sessions that follow.

  2. Individual build plans before the hands-on sessions.

We group participants by common tasks or experience and prepare a build plan for each person beforehand.

The practical sessions give people time to work through the plan, ask questions as they arise, compare approaches and test what they create. Andrew helps them resolve problems and understand the decisions behind the build.

  3. Optional training for your internal AI champions.

An optional session supports volunteers who want to help colleagues. We can work through how to demonstrate a project, guide a small session and recognise when to seek further help.

Follow-through sessions can also be agreed to review questions and decide useful next steps.

Your tools

Practical sessions in your organisation's approved tools.

The organisation sets its tool approvals and data rules. We plan within those requirements and can use non-confidential examples.

Where your setup has specific capabilities or restrictions, Andrew gets familiar with them before delivering the session.

The proposal

What we agree in your training proposal.

The proposal confirms the participants, task discovery, individual build plans and the number and length of sessions, which can mix half-day build sessions and full days. Group size, champions support and follow-through are set out too.

If you first need to identify which work to focus on, an advisory review can help establish the priorities.

Tell us what your team keeps putting off.

A few examples of recurring tasks are enough to begin. Andrew will help you turn them into a practical training plan.
