Legal AI platforms such as Harvey and Legora are built for lawyers' legal work. This is for everyone else: secretaries, legal assistants, practice support, finance and business development, working in the tools your firm already has.
Book a CallWhy it matters
Opening matters, chasing documents, preparing bundles, updating clients, keeping procedures straight and producing the firm's marketing. It is repeatable, it takes real time, and general-purpose tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT handle a lot of it well once people know how.
That is the work we train on. Support teams bring tasks from their own week and build something that helps, inside your firm's approved tools and its rules on client confidentiality.

“Half my day is chasing clients for the same things.”
Could becomeA tracker with reminder emails drafted for review
Starting point
“Indexing a bundle by hand takes hours.”

Could becomeA searchable guide to your office procedures, with no client data
Before the session, Andrew asks each person what would make the biggest difference to their week. These are indicative examples.

No. This training uses general-purpose tools your firm may already licence, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot or ChatGPT, for support and business work rather than legal analysis.
Mainly for support teams. Fee earners are welcome for the administrative and business side of their work, but we don't teach legal research or drafting advice.
No. Exercises use made-up or anonymised examples, so no client information goes into a tool during training.
Tell Andrew which teams you have in mind, the tools your firm uses and the work that takes up their week. We'll suggest a format and how to prepare.
