Team training · ChatGPT

ChatGPT training for your team.

Most people have tried ChatGPT. Far fewer use it well at work. Andrew teaches your team to give it the right context, build reusable assistants and check what comes back, on tasks from their own jobs.

A ChatGPT session

  1. Step 1Bring a taskSomething written, researched or analysed every week.
  2. Step 2Build it in ChatGPTProjects, custom GPTs and files, set up for that task.
  3. Step 3Check and shareTest against real examples, then share it with the team.

In your organisation's ChatGPT workspace and data rules.

What it does well

Where ChatGPT earns its place.

ChatGPT is a general-purpose assistant. It is strongest when people give it clear context and a repeatable job.

  • Writing

First drafts of proposals, letters and posts in your house style.

  • Custom GPTs

A reusable assistant with your instructions and reference files, shared across the team.

  • Files and data

Summarise documents and analyse spreadsheets with the reasoning shown.

  • Research

Search the web and pull together a cited brief to check and build on.

Starting points

Where teams start with ChatGPT.

  • Starting point

    Preparing proposals

“Every proposal starts from a blank page.”

Could becomeA custom GPT that drafts proposals from your past examples

  • Starting point

    Writing in the house style

    “Everything we send sounds different.”

Could becomeA style assistant loaded with your tone and examples

  • Starting point

    Analysing feedback

“We collect survey answers and never read them.”

Could becomeA repeatable analysis of themes, quotes and counts

  • Starting point

    Onboarding new starters

“New people ask the same twenty questions.”

Could becomeAn onboarding assistant built from your own guides

Indicative examples. Before the session, Andrew asks each person what would make the biggest difference to their week.

Setup and data

ChatGPT questions we sort out before the session.

Personal accounts or a workspace?

On ChatGPT's business plans, OpenAI does not use workspace data to train its models by default. Personal accounts are different, so we check what people are using.

What can be uploaded?

We agree which documents and data are allowed and use non-confidential examples where needed.

Can custom GPTs be shared?

Sharing settings depend on your workspace. We plan how the team will share what it builds.

Which features are enabled?

Workspace owners can turn features and connectors on or off. We work within your settings.

Common questions

Before you book.

We already use ChatGPT. Is this too basic?

We plan around the group. People who already use it daily usually get most from building custom GPTs and checking outputs properly.

Do we need a paid plan?

Not for every exercise, but a business workspace gives you shared assistants and clearer data controls. We'll advise on the call.

Is this run by OpenAI?

No. Two Cores is independent, and we cover ChatGPT alongside other tools where that helps.

Turn everyday ChatGPT use into shared tools.

Tell Andrew how your team uses ChatGPT today and the work you want to improve. We'll suggest a format and the tasks to start with.
