Claude Code lets people build working software by describing what they need. Andrew uses it every day to run his own businesses, and teaches teams, including people who have never written code, to build useful internal tools with it.

What it does well
Claude Code is Anthropic's agentic coding tool. It works in a terminal, a code editor or the desktop app, reads the files in a project, makes changes and runs commands with your permission.
Small apps that replace a spreadsheet or a paper form.
Real sites built from a brief. This website was built with Claude Code.
Scripts that clean, merge and reshape files that people fix by hand.
A working version of an idea to test before anyone commissions it.

Indicative examples. Before the session, Andrew asks each person what would make the biggest difference to their week.
Setup and data
Claude Code is available with Anthropic's paid Claude plans and through the API. We help you choose the simplest option for the group.
Claude Code runs on each person's computer. We check with your IT team what can be installed before the day.
Something built in a session needs a home and an owner. We discuss hosting and review before anything is used at work.
It works on the files you give it access to. We use non-confidential examples and agree the boundaries first.

Common questions
No. Most people Andrew teaches are not developers. They learn to describe what they want, check what is built and spot when something is wrong.
Developers are welcome, and the session can go further for them. The main audience is people who know the work but not the code.
Both are coding agents. We pick the one that suits your accounts and setup. See Codex training.
Tell Andrew what your team wants to build and who will use it. We'll suggest a format and how to prepare.
