Gemini training for your team.

If your organisation runs on Google Workspace, Gemini is already in Gmail, Docs, Sheets and Meet. Andrew teaches your team to use it on real tasks, alongside NotebookLM for working with your own documents.

What it does well

Where Gemini earns its place.

Gemini sits inside the Google apps your team already uses, which makes it strongest on everyday documents, email and data.

  • Gmail

Summarise threads and draft replies in context.

  • Docs and Slides

Draft, rewrite and restructure from notes or earlier documents.

  • Sheets

Organise data, suggest formulas and build simple trackers.

  • NotebookLM

Ask questions of a set of your own documents and get answers with sources.

Setup and data

Gemini questions we sort out before the session.

Which Gemini features does your edition include?

Gemini features vary by Google Workspace edition. We check what your people can use before planning exercises.

How is your data handled?

Google states that Workspace data is not used to train its models. We still agree which data the exercises can use.

Is NotebookLM switched on?

Administrators control access to NotebookLM and other Google services. We confirm this first.

Who can see shared Gems and notebooks?

Sharing follows your Workspace settings. We plan how the team will share what it builds.

Common questions

Before you book.

Does this work for schools on Google Workspace for Education?

Yes. We plan around the Gemini features your edition includes and your school's AI policy. See AI training for schools.

Do we need extra licences?

It depends on your Workspace edition. We'll check on the call before recommending anything.

Is this run by Google?

No. Two Cores is independent, and we cover Gemini alongside other tools where that helps.

Put the Gemini in your Workspace to work.

Tell Andrew which Workspace edition you're on and what your team spends its week on. We'll suggest a format and the tasks to start with.
